Whenever you make any transaction on the website, You are comply with the policies that are applicable to our website for making such transactions.
Payments: We collect some advance payment whenever you book any packages from our website.This is just to hold the booking in order to confirm your booking and the rest of the package cost can be paid upon arrival to the destination but before the commencement our services.Its upto us to decide upon the mode of payment and the amount to be paid in advance. It varies according to the nature of services we offer.
Payment mode is different during long weekend/peak season like X-mas,New Year & Festival Time. Full payment is required to be sent in advance during this time. We reserves the right to change/modify or terminate the offer any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice.
Alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel in case of unavailability in offered hotels.
Mode of Payment:
• If you want to pay by Cash / Check, please see our Bank details on mail or you can request it.
• If you want to pay Online via Net Banking, please add our Bank details as Payee into your account and Transfer the required amount.
• If you want to pay via Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking, please click at the link Online Payment.
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows: –
30 days prior to arrival – 25% of the Total Billing Amount
07 days prior to arrival – 40 % of the Total Billing Amount
48 hours prior to arrival – 50% of the Total Billing Amount
Less than 48 hours or no show – NO REFUND.
JEEP/CANTER SAFARI : NO REFUND
In case of special train journey, flight bookings, packages with government accommodation and peak season hotel bookings a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required). In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund
Our Liabilities and Limitations: Please note that after you finalize the tour/service cost and in case if there are any hikes in permit fees of safaris/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges decided by the Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.
